Description of the issue: Brave’s navigator freezes after one click
How can this issue be reproduced? : Restart the PC and launch brave
**Brave Version( check About Brave): latest, uninstalled and redownloaded brave several times from the website and microsoft store
**Additional Information: Tried uploading drivers of the graphic card, cpu, mother board and Bios, didnt work.
