Brave YouTube limitations?

I can access YouTube and watch videos just fine, but anything involving an expanding window no longer works. I cannot comment on videos or favorite them, I cannot see my YouTube notifications, I cannot access the main YouTube menu to go to my channel or use other features. This started fairly recently.

That was fast. LOL. I’ve been having this problem for about a week and now it’s disappeared, shortly after I posted this.
