Brave won't allow TweetDeck to use popups and notifications despite changing settings

TweetDeck needs to use popups/notifications to function properly. Brave is the only browser where they don’t work despite:

  1. Changing site settings to allow popups and notifications for TweetDeck
  2. Disabling Adblocker Plus
  3. Disabling Brave shields for TweetDeck website
  4. Even allowing popups for entire Brave browser won’t produce popups in TweetDeck
