Brave with dark mode enabled in opened tabs page makes website's titles hard to see

Description of the issue:
When having dark mode enabled and going into the current opened Tabs page, I notice that the titles of Websites is a text color that makes the titles hard.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go into Brave on iOS.
  2. Enable Dark Mode via Settings > Display & Brightness.
  3. Have a tab or a few tabs currently opened in the browser.
  4. Press the Square with x (current tabs opened) at the bottom of the screen.
  5. View the current tabs that you have opened.
  6. Notice that the title of the webpages has a text color that makes the titles hard to see against a dark background.

Expected result:
The titles of the websites should be a color that is clearer to see with Dark Mode enabled versus having Light mode enabled.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version: 1.12 (19.09.13.06)

Mobile Device details
iPhone 6s.
Running iOS 12.4.1.
