Brave Windows Installer Won't Run

Description of the issue:

I can’t run the Brave installer downloaded from the official website or the installer/standalone version downloaded from GitHub. When I click on the .exe file, nothing happens.
I have tried running it as an administrator and installing it through CMD (including running CMD as an administrator), but nothing works. I also tried installing it through the Microsoft Store, but I received an error code (Code: 0x8A150006). How to fix this? I have never downloaded or used Brave before.

My Windows version is 23H2.

does this happen to other applications other than brave?

because sometimes windows does this so it might be a windows problem

All other app installers were working, and I was able to install another browser through microsoft office.
