Brave will not open on Apple Silicon Mac

Periodically after installing Brave Browser on an Apple Silicon Machine, it will not launch with a dialog box of " You can’t open the application “Brave Browser” because this application is not supported on this Mac."

Version 1.52.117 Chromium: 114.0.5735.90 (Official Build) (arm64)

The application can be opened if the Unix executable is opened in the Terminal.
When opening Brave in Terminal it has the following error.

[20043:259:0601/115343.972701:ERROR:chrome_browser_cloud_management_controller.cc(162)] Cloud management controller initialization aborted as CBCM is not enabled.

I believe Brave is calling on chromium parts that are running in Rosetta and causing it errors out.

Reinstalling Chrome will temporarily fix the issue, but it will pop back up after a few days.

Brave was being updated through the JAMF APP store, but that has been disabled and no auto-update is happening.

This happening on Mac running both 13.4 12.6 Mac OS
