Description of the issue:
Brave will not load any tabs or new tabs except when i close Phantasy Star Online 2.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. Launch Phantasy Star 2
3. Try to open a tab or to reload a tab
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Is not loading any tabs and the extensions will not work.
Expected R esult:
A page should be loading.

I’m using Windows 10 v1909
I think the cause is from the anti cheat system the game Phantasy Star Online 2 is using. The anti cheat is nProtect GameGuard.
