Brave will crash within a second every time it is launched after battery saver mode

Description of the issue:
My laptop went into battery saver mode and when this happened whenever I launch the brave browser it crashes within a second and I am unable to do anything. I reinstalled brave (without deleting my user data) and the issue is still here. I downloaded the beta version and it works fine. I don’t know if the issue was caused by the power saver turning on.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.put laptop into battery saver mode
2.launch brave

Expected result:
Brave will crash on launch
Brave Version( check About Brave):
80.1.3.113

I am having the same problem on a Windows 10 Pro desktop. I restarted because of a Windows Update then Brave closes/crashes immediately upon opening.
