Description of the issue:
With multiple browser windows open, whenever one of the windows is rollup up to the title bar using cinnamon ui, after you switch windows, and click the wallet icon in the toolbar, the wallet opens in the previous, now inactive, window, often hidden behind other windows with the focus. If you have multiple windows open you have to click the wallet icon in each until you find the one that has the wallet focus before you can move the wallet to the correct window.
Are you using the (new) Brave Wallet or the (old) Crypto wallets implementation?

How can this issue be reproduced?

Open 2 browser windows in cinnamon, with option to use system title bars and borders

Open wallet in window one with toolbar icon

Double click ui title bar of window one to roll up window to title bar

Click wallet icon in window two, wallet opens correctly

Double Click title bar of window one to unroll original window

Click wallet icon in toolbar. no wallet appears in window one. Check all your other brave windows, wallet will be open in one of the other ones that did not have focus.

Additional Information:
If you have more than two windows–I often have 6 or more–it is impossible to guess which window the wallet will appear in. I cannot figure it out because it’s not always the last window with the focus in the wallet. It seems random. Don’t know if its related to cinnamon window roll-up or not, but that is how I use the browser, and regardless, the wallet should never appear in a window without the active focus.
