I did a email to support still no response almost it’s been 1 week.
The wallet adress that was told to send my bat too was the wrong adress and the reason I found that out was when I transferee the amount I checked my account and nothing and then I typed in the recovery phrase and the account linked to that came up with the amount. But the brave wallet told me to transfer it to the wallet adress.
