Brave Wallet Not Created? Events don't agree

Briefly describe your issue:
I have an issue with my brave wallet where I created a rewards wallet when installing the browser and now when I check the brave://rewards-internals I see that the wallet is not created but the event logs say otherwise, this is also causing my browser not to sync with brave servers for rewards… as you can see from the images below, wallet has been created on the 19/06/2021 - something got messed up and again wallet was created on 21/07/2021 and still it says my wallet is not yet created. I got about 5BAT accumulated over the last month or so and looks like I won’t be getting it…

To start, can you please update your browser to the latest build and check again? Most recent build is v1.27.109. You can trigger the update process by going to Menu --> About Brave

I have completed the update to the latest version and things are even worse now.

My BAT count has dropped down from 5BAT to 0.5BAT but the wallet is still not working.
