Description of the issue: Uphold Account Error

Additional Information: Brave Error when trying to sign to uphold account; Uphold account has been limited but uphold isn’t limited
Hi, the issue with Brave i have already done the KYC verfication, im able to withdraw, transfer etc from uphold
@Alistairjd09 if it says Limited Uphold Functionality then it means Uphold has restricted. As I said in the link I provided, it’s not about just the KYC but could be a follow-up they are doing. Such as I had to submit another picture a couple months ago.
If you can’t trigger the prompt by following the instructions it gives, then you may want to contact Uphold to ask them what needs to be done. But the message is coming from Uphold where their API is refusing to allow Rewards to be connected.
To confirm, you are saying you’re getting the Limited Uphold Account Functionality, right?

The uphold has KYC, as I have said the I can make transactions with Uphold the uphold account is not limted, this has also been confirmed by uphold in a supprt team

Uphold support team is often bad. They just look at basics. If you brought up KYC/AML they often have people who don’t pay attention and would only look to see if you did the basic KYC. If so, they’d tell you that you’re good and they often don’t stop to think of things like the Liveness Check. I’m not sure what you told them but you would need to make sure to share the exact message you’re getting and detail that it’s related to Rewards. You could even reference the link I provided you originally which also has a screenshot from their support after someone had to jump through a lot of hurdles to get a good response.

Leaving that aside, you can always create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 just to have someone from Brave take a look, but if it’s indeed the message about Limited Uphold Account Functionality then it’s something from Uphold’s end usually. Their API is refusing because there’s something not 100% done on your account in terms of what they require for Rewards integration.
Keep in mind I’m just another user. Definitely am providing details to you as has long been the issue and solution for people who have the issue. I definitely would follow up with Uphold again but then there’s also the official support link to get in direct contact with someone from Brave, for whatever they can check into with you.

I will check with Uphold again, usually there is a notification on your uphold account to say that you can’t withdraw etc but I don’t have that
