Brave wallet address case sensitive Cause Lose of Fund to End User

I Purchase BAT Token from Brave wallet using RAMP. Brave staff name ‘Jack’ agree that my fund did not reflect in my wallet and request me to bridge my Metamask wallet to Brave wallet. But the option need me to input Private seed which I am not comfortable.

Brave should have a better solution to return my fund to my wallet. Below are the different when buy token from ramp to brave wallet.

RAMP sent fund to below Brave Wallet address.
