Brave VPN has been charging me

Brave VPN has been charging me for 6 months after I switched to a different VPN. It’s not on my Apple subscriptions (which I canceled) but it is charged on my bank account as brave.com. It’s been charging me since January. I want my $9.99 back from each month, then until now. How the heck do I stop this before I have an aneurysm ?

@Chelseas9210 did you ever create an account through https://account.brave.com/ ? Such as to do a free trial on a desktop or something? The initial assumption/thought is you had a subscription that you did a free trial on and forgot to cancel.

That said, if it’s not being charged through the App Store and you can’t see anything you might have done on in regards to signing up directly through Brave, you might want to create a Premium Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831 so someone from Brave can try to look over things. When you create the ticket, provide as much detail as you can, making full use of the Description box to share information.
