Brave vpn/firewall not working

I have 7 days left till I get charged again for subscription and my vpn randomly stopped working on my devices. It’s not a connection issue but it keeps going back to that purple pop up screen where it says start free trail or already purchased vpn. Seems to be working fine on my phone but not my 2 computers anymore
