Brave Update Service causes Save As dialogues to go "not responding"

Description of the issue:
When Brave Update Service is running, across all browsers, the Save As or Open File dialogue boxes go not responding for more than 30 seconds.

Expected result:
Open immediately
Reproduces how often:
Always, continuously, is there are first boot of the computer
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 Pro - with a complete update done
Version 1.23.71 Chromium: 90.0.4430.72 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

Please disregard, turns out NVIDIA Frameview SDK service was the culprit
