No – webtorrent is simply the P2P streaming client. You would need a VPN connection of some kind to do what you’re describing.
Seconded. While Brave can use Tor for private browsing, Tor cannot be used for any torrent protocol.
While Brave does a great job within the sphere of things it can control, there are still plenty of reasons to get a VPN to supplement the privacy features of Brave.
