Screen Sharing fail for a recurring meeting in Brave Talk Premium - only from one computer to mine. Cannot find a fix. Scoured the previous posts, found similar issue post (jan 2022) but no fix recommended and thread closed. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell me what exactly it is that happens when you attempt to screen share? Additionally, what operating systems are being used as well as the Brave version(s) being used would be helpful as well.
I am on Windows 10 - I can share my screen without issue. My standing meeting is with a party who uses windows 10 as well. As to what version of Brave (my Brave version is 1.63.165 Chromium: 122.0.6261.94) - Iβm not sure how to fully answer, as the other party typically uses the Chrome browser and I use Firefox. The only way screen sharing actually works is if we are each using Chrome Browser OR if I am on the Brave Browser and he is sharing via Chrome.
Edge - Brave = fail, Brave - Brave = fail, Edge - Brave = Fail. β Fail means when the other party attempts to screen share, on their end it appears that they are sharing, but on my end I simply see a black screen background with the big red circle and their initials in white letters and their name at the bottom of the black screen - sometimes it tells me that they are sharing a screen (still all black on my end) other times no indication at all that they are screen sharing.
If I am to use this with clients where I cannot dictate which browser they use and this failure is the norm, then BraveTalk Premium has essentially become useless.

Thank you for the information. Going to do some digging/testing on my end right now and see if I can get to the bottom of it.
So I tested on both macOS and Windows 10. I was able to screen share:
- Edge (host) β> Brave
- Brave β Edge (host)
- Brave (host) β Brave
- Brave β Brave (host)
- Chrome (host) β Brave
- Brave β Chrome (host)
Since the issue appears to be that youβre seeing a black screen even though the other attendees on your call report that everything looks like it should be working, Iβm actually wondering if the issue is on your end β maybe something to do with permissions.
