Description of the issue:
I have a problem with brave performance and tabs functioning on android. When i leave tabs and move on another after few minutes when I try to return to that tab there is only a blank screen and ui seems to become laggy. The only way to display site normally again is returning to this tab by clicking on list of tabs and clicking again on the same tab. Because of laggy UI while doing that it takes few seconds.
Blank site after leaving tab for few minutes. It happens on all sites.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Leave previous tab for few minutes and return to it after that time.
Expected result:
Site should become blank and UI in tabs list becomes laggy.

Additional Information:
I clear browser’s data on exit.
The browser was reset and configured again. The issue still persists.
