Description of the issue:
I have Brave installed on several devices, iPhone included. Recently I noticed, that Brave on PC shows a lot of tabs opened on my iPhone. There’s long ago closed ones even.
That’s how it looks:
A lot of this tabs were closed. I tried to turn off and on tab syncing. Tried to delete sync chain and create new one - it happens again. I checked private tabs on iOS, nothing there.

It doesn’t happen with PC tabs, on my iPhone I see only currently opened ones
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Create Sync chain between Brave iOS and Brave Desktop
- Open several tabs in Brave on iOS
- Close them
- Check list of opened tabs in Sync on PC
Reproduces how often:
Always for past several days (at least, since I noticed this). This long list of tabs is always there.
