Brave sync agent offline for several days

Description of the issue:
Unable to add my iOS device to my sync chain. The sync process fails with an error that the sync agent is currently offline. This has persisted for several days. In the meantime, I have been able to sync my computers without issues.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Attempt to add iPhone to sync chain using QR code OR sync code
  2. Scan QR code with iPhone camera or submit sync code words
  3. Process fails in one of two ways: (1) the sync interface simply disappears and returns me to the current tab in the browser, or (2) the app reports the error that the sync agent is currently offline.

Reproduces how often:
Every time

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
iOS v1.25 (21.5.4.19)
PC v1.24.82

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
iPhone 11 iOS14.4.2
PC - Windows 10 x64
Mac OS 11.3.1
