Hi, everybody. The account was sent for verification, after which I immediately wrote to the email that was presented as support. After a long wait, my support request was simply deleted and my email was not answered. Thank you for your not provided help!!! You would at least respond to requests and give a chance to explain the situation. And you just delete my support request
Hi @podlujka, I’m not sure what you mean by deleted, but that’s not something we do. I see from some of your other posts that your account is currently suspended and under review. If you’ve written into [email protected], your case will be reviewed in the order it was received. Please let me know if there’s anything else that I can help to answer.
