Description of the issue: When accessing the following link:
https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=24176
Brave will quickly draw up all CPU and stuck.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary)
- disable all device recognition
- type in the link
- browse the page for a little while
