Brave slows down my mouse curser

Description of the issue: As soon as Brave is focused, my mouse curser is drastically slower.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Use Windows 11 22H2 and a Logitech MX Master 3
  2. Install Logi Options +
  3. Turn mouse speed to maximum (Both in Windows Settings and Logi Options+)
  4. Open the Brave Browser and you’ll notice that the speed isn’t really on a maximum anymore.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Curser speed is not on a maximum anymore

Expected result: Curser speed should stay the same everywhere.

Reproduces how often: Everytime I open Brave or Brave is in focus

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
OS: Windows 11 22H2
Brave: 1.57.49
