Brave show "No internet" when using responsive dev tools!

The brave browser shows no internet on the screen when we use responsive screen size option in dev tools.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a new tab in brave browser and go to any website like google.com (or any other).
  2. Now press F12 or right click on the screen and select inspect from the menu.
  3. Now, press Ctrl + Shift + m or you can click on the top left button with mobile symbol.
  4. Now reload the page by any means (F5, Ctrl + R, clicking reload).

Expected result: Screen shows no internet

Brave Version: 1.68.137

Additional Information: Well this issue was not there a few days ago, but I am facing this since last one month.
Windows Version: Windows 10

Update! Found a stackoverflow post, turns out I had turned on throttling at some point and turning that off fixed things https://stackoverflow.com/questions/70702095/why-does-chrome-say-im-offline-whenever-i-have-my-devtools-open
