Brave Shields icon not working with Duet enabled

Description of the issue: When you enable Chrome Duet in the Brave android app, the Shields icon doesn’t open the Shields panel.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to chrome://flags on the Android app (possibly also iOS, but can’t confirm)
  2. Search for “duet”, and select enable in the drop-down menu.
  3. Restart the app completely twice.

Actual Result: Pressing the Shields icon doesn’t do anything

Expected result: Pressing the Shields icon should open the Shields panel

Reproduces how often: Tried disabling and re-enabling the flag, bug still present, so 100%

Brave Version(about:brave): 1.0.77

Mobile Device details: Lenovo P2a42

Android/iOS Version: Android 7.0

The team also working on a new design for Android that have bar on the bottom. :wink:
