Brave Shields break age-restricted YouTube videos until restart

Description of the issue:
Raising Brave Shields prevents any age-restricted YouTube videos from playing, even after shields are re-lowered.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Lower Brave Shields
  2. Go to any age restricted video (example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJgTyP4BojQ&rco=1)
  3. Sign in to YouTube and play the video. Video plays normally.
  4. Raise Brave Shields
  5. Attempt to play video. Video will not play.
  6. Lower Brave Shields
  7. Attempt to play video. Video will not play.
  8. Restarting Brave fixes the issue until Shields are raised.

Expected result:
The video should play regardless of whether shields are up or down.

Brave 1.79.119 Official 64-Bit

Additional Information:
The video plays normally in incognito mode. All my extensions are disabled. I do not have any custom filters for YouTube.
