Brave shields blocking embedded mailerlite form

Description of the issue:
Brave is blocking an embedded form to allow sign-up to a mailing list via mailerlite, which causes the form not to show up. It’s not an ad. In devtools, It displays:

https://assets.mailerlite.com/js/universal.js net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

When I switch the shields off, the form shows up.

Yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Yes

Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
Same behavior with a private window.

What OS are you using when you see the ad?

Which lists are enabled in brave://adblock ? Annoyances or Newsletter blocking will block this.

Ah, interesting. Yeah, when I turn off “Fanboy’s Annoyances”, it fixes the issue. Why is having a newsletter form on a site considered an annoyance that should be blocked?

Social list, Easylist Cookie, Newsletter blocking = Annoyances (combined list)

Hmm. I get why a newsletter popup would be an annoyance, but what’s so annoying about a form on a page (in this case, a page that users go to specifically to sign up for the newsletter)? Thats just blocking the core functionality of the page.
