Description of the issue: Brave Shield contains the “uBlock filters – Badware risks” filter. However, Brave does not block certain websites which are blacklisted by this filter. For example - “z-lib.id”, a phishing/scam website is a part of the Badware risks filter list. Any other browser paired with uBlock Origin is able to block this website from loading. However, Brave does not block this website. I have tried this with the “Trackers & Ad-blocking” set to Aggressive, but I’m getting the same result i.e., the website just loads.
