Brave Shield cannot stop Apkcombo website popup & redirect

Ads are not visible but when trying to click on an image to go inside any application detail page or when clicking the download button to try to download an app, it will force open a new tab to another website or force open some apps already installed on your Android devices.
Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
YES. Plus, “Block trackers & ads” has been set to “Aggressive” and “Block Popup and redirect” in Site Settings has already been turned ON
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Brave shield does not affect the site functionality.
Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
