The brave shield shows 99+ elements blocked.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Scroll through Reddit/YouTube
- Watch pics/videos

Expected result:
It should be few, but not 99+.
Brave Version( check About Brave):

that depend on site as the site you mention as not static one which keep load ads as long as you stayed on them
so for exmaple youtube keep pushing ads in the middle of video and same thing reddit do while you scroll for the content
so the shield keep block them
