brave://settings/content/autoplay, asterisk (*) in URL crash Brave
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. brave://settings/content/autoplay
  2. Set to “Block sites from autoplaying videos”
  3. Under customized behaviors, edit one of the URLs.
  4. At the beginning of the URL, add asterisk (*) and browser immediately crashes. I’ve done this like 3 times so its highly repeatable.

Expected result:
Supposed to be it should just allow or if asterisks (*) are not allowed, it would give me a message, not crash the browser.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.68.128 Chromium: 127.0.6533.73 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional Information:
OS: macOS 14.5
Hardware: MacBook Pro - Apple M1 Pro
