Description of the issue: Brave says that www.resultados.gob.ar is down, and offers retry from wayback machine, but later the site is loaded
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. Enter to www.resultados.gob.ar and wait until the page is loaded, although Brave says that it is not available
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Brave says that www.resultados.gob.ar is not available, and offers retry from wayback machine, but later the site is loaded
Expected result: Brave should not says that www.resultados.gob.ar is down
