Brave rewards wrong amount sent to my uphold account

Briefly describe your issue:
Brave rewards wrong amount sent to my uphold account. I won 4,250 BAT but 1 Bat was sent. Why am I not getting the correct reward? Why use Brave if I can’t get rewards properly. Will missing bats be sent to my account?
