When Brave was in beta the rewards were working just fine for me, but ever since it has gone to a full release I am unable to enable them. Every time I try I get the error depicted in the screen shot:
I am running macOS 10.15.4 and Brave version 1.5.123. Any suggestions?
Did you able to enable it via BAT triangle icon at URL bar or directly from brave:rewards?

I actually tried both and the setting just won’t stick.
