Brave Rewards wallet reset - corrupted rewards wallet?

I have a Brave Browser installation that’s been verified with Uphold and I haven’t gotten any rewards at all. Ever.

I tried using the Reset Brave Rewards data option under Clear browsing data and I immediately started getting ad rewards. The problem is that doing so also destroys the Uphold verified status and I can’t re-verify since I used my 4 slots. I do have a backup of the machine and I restored it. The same problem exists…Uphold verified and no ads showing.

Presumably the rewards wallet is corrupted in some way. Is there a way to repair or reset a brave rewards wallet without destroying the Uphold verification?

EDIT: To clarify, I don’t get ads at all and never have. Not getting ad rewards naturally follows from not getting ads. :wink:

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
