Brave Rewards wallet not connecting anymore

No matter what I do, I get this error message. It’s been months now and I cant do anything to fix it. I’ve verified my wallet, checked the recovery key to make sure its the same wallet, linked to Uphold, disconnected and reconnected my wallet, reinstalled the browser, and a few other things.

Is my wallet forever disabled? Did I do something I shouldn’t have? I haven’t sent any BAT to anyone, and I’ve only ever moved BAT to Uphold.

I’m legally blind, the icon was so tiny and faded I couldn’t see it. Consider making it larger, more colorful, or have an animation so people like me can see it easily.
