I use Brave on both my personal and work desktop. Both have paid out monthly to my verified Uphold wallet. However:
Last month (March), the one on my personal computer did not pay out
The balance on my personal computer has remained frozen ever since, however I have continued to see ads
The balance on my work computer has now also frozen as of two days ago, yet I continue to see ads.
What Operating System and Brave version are you using?
Version 1.23.71 Chromium: 90.0.4430.72 (Official Build) (x86_64) Is your browser wallet currently verified?
Yes What date did you verify your wallet?
November 2020 Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes
I also have the same issue on 2 of my laptops. Still seeing ads, but not getting any rewards. I also lost more than $10 worth of estimated monthly earnings I already had. Now it’s just showing zero rewards for about 4-5 days.
There seem to be a few threads on this issue but they remain unresolved.
I have also checked and I can receive push notifications using the bennish link provided.
I have turned off auto-contribute (because I want to choose who my rewards get paid to) but have now had to turn off donations to the creators of my choice because I don’t think Brave will allow my account to go into overdraft.
I have also tried the Microsoft solve of “shut down and restart” on both browsers and desktops to no avail…
I am intrigued though by a comment I read in one of the threads about “have you turned off auto-contribute on all the browsers?”. Does this mean that if you turn off auto-contribute on all your browsers it prevents you from earning BAT?
Although I doubt this is the case: a month or two ago, for about a week no earnings were credited but it then seemed to restart. This has been going on for almost a month on one of my browsers.
