Brave Rewards profile has been flagged for almost a year if not longer

Briefly describe your issue:
Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged. Ran into this issue almost a year ago when i noticed i was logged out of rewards, was able to connect my phone browser when i got a new phone, then i checked my desktop and started receiving that error, i now am also logged out of my phone rewards and am receiving the same error, my account has been locked out for almost an entire year, and not once has the flag been removed or reviewed, can someone look into this, i would really like to re connect my account…
