Whenever I open Brave Rewards settings I get a message" Uh oh! The Brave Rewards server is not responding. We will fix this as soon as possible." on the top right side.

Do disable/enable Brave Rewards can solve your issue? Everything seems OK on my end (Windows 10, Brave 0.70.x). Did you use VPN?
Yes i tried to disable/enable rewards and I do not use VPN.
