Brave rewards not verifying my account

It has been a month since I sent my verification details to Brave, and it has been verifying ever since. I have 2.065 bat now that I cannot use because the company doesn’t verify me.
How can this issue be reproduced?

I expect the brave support to email me on how they will act on my concern because I am planning to use the bat any time soon.
