hi all,

I have noticed that that my brave rewards and ads have not been tracked since august.
ads have been showing but it is not reflected on my statements. and my BAT remains at 0. Can someone please help. Thanks

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes.only once

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Yes

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I have same problem. I see the ads, but are not tracked in history of ads.

I solved my problem!

In “brave://rewards-internals/” > “ads diagnostic”, I saw that “Locale” were wrong.

So, for change “Locale” in “ads diagnostic” on Brave, I changed the language of the Windows for my language (pt-br), and so “Locale” in Brave too changed for pt-br.

With this, I solved the problem

unfortunately my "locale"is correct.
i am still unsure of what is going on.
