Brave Rewards not reflecting

I have been watching approximately 130 ads, but my BAT balance remains at 0.00, and my wallet still shows a 0 balance. I started using Brave only in December 2024, but on January 1, 2025, the ad counter was reset to 0, and nothing reflected in my wallet.

It’s concerning to see that multiple users have raised similar queries regarding this issue, yet none of them have been resolved. This clearly demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a minimal sense of responsibility from Brave towards its users or perhaps they simply don’t care. This is very upsetting.

It says it on the banner at the top. Payments are pending for all wallets. From past experience, you’ll see your wallet reflect payout after 3-5 business days (for me usually around the 7th).

It’s also very concerning that every month at least some people come here to ask the same questions that are asked and answered each month. Or, like you, they will ignore the HUGE banner on top of this website. Even worse, delete the template generated by the site when creating a topic.

Notice how it says payments are pending? It means it’s processing.

In the same areas you’d be looking to see amount of ads and all, such as at your Brave Rewards menu, you’d also see that it lists the payment date as the 7th. (8th if you’re toward India due to time change)

Yes, it is. It’s very upsetting that people ignore everything and just show up to complain. It often makes me wonder if some of these people really have issues or if they just want to come troll.

Keep in mind I’m another user, not with Brave. Just stay highly active here trying to help people in general.

As always, we watch ads from the 1st to the last day of the month. Then ad counter resets on a new month because, well, it’s a new month! Then everything gets reconciled and Brave sends out payments beginning around the 7th of each month.

Key idea is that’s not a deadline but is a starting point. Payouts can sometimes take days or weeks, though they try to get it completed on or before the 7th whenever possible. There just can be a lot of little things that causes delays, so patience is a virtue. It’s often helpful to keep an eye out on the banner for this site, or just to visit the related topic of Ads Payout Status Update to see that overall status.

Yes sir, now it’s very concerning because as per your commitment still nothing is reflected in the account. Very upsetting, very very upsetting. Let’s see what happens, :grinning:

And what about your huge banner, I think that banner lied sir like you.

How so? You are connected to ZebPay and are from India are you not? I’m making an assumption here based on your name and the way you communicate.

If that is the case then the big banner still tells you that payments are not done yet.

Sir, it’s very unfortunate the way you communicate is very disgusting. I am not concerned about the zebpay amount.

@se3rayush the difficult part for me has been some of the way you have communicated. From the very first step you have been rude but also ignored a lot of things provided to you. For example, when you created this topic it had a template with information it requested of you. However, you chose to delete the template and ignore all of it.

Please fill out the template below:

<---------Delete this line and everything above before posting---------->

Briefly describe your issue:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer)

Are you in a supported region? (see here for list of supported regions)

As you see, you did not explain what OS you are using nor the version of Brave. You did not detail who your custodial account is with or even if you are in a supported region.

In addition, you can see where it provides a link and said to create a ticket if you have a payment issue.

So when you chose not to provide detail and to do some of what you have, it makes it impossible to answer. And even when I just inquired about your country, you did not answer.

Ayush is very common in India. Ayush has been prominent in Indian culture and mythology throughout history. In ancient texts, Ayush is one of the names of Lord Ganesha, who is said to bestow blessings of longevity.

So when a person can only go by your name and you have provided no information, would it not make sense to use context clues as I have? Of course, if you learned to communicate then things may be easier…
