Brave rewards not paid out and my account got flagged

Briefly describe your issue:
Brave rewards kept stacking in my account, but i never got paid in full. Then about 6 weeks ago my account got flagged, and it is still not unflagged.

No, since a few weeks

Years ago, when i started using brave

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
The first few months i got paid in full, but the last 1.5 years i do not get paid in full

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?

Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?

I have turned auto-contribute off, also I have no idea what a custodial partner is.

Currently, Brave has two custodial partners, Gemini and Uphold. The Brave Help Center article linked below provides more information about custodial partners.
