Brave rewards lost (April - July)

I claimed my brave rewards for August today and realised all my previous brave rewards have disappeared. I’ve been using brave since march/april and am a heavy user but only have ~10 BAT in my wallet with all ads turned on.

I checked my statements and can only see rewards for September, all other months now show 0. Can someone please explain how to claim old BAT rewards and or where they gone?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
