I can’t claim my Rewards.

I have an older Macbook air, the default display resolution is 1440x900 it seems like. Is this the issue?

I have made sure the DPI is at 100%. I have restarted the computer, reset cache, deleted cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’m out of ideas. Help? I can’t claim my rewards…

Yep, I’ve been experiencing the issue for the last few days and also have done all of the above, plus i’ve tried it on another computer and my phone.
