Hi all i am using a laptop on windows 7 and a desktop on ubuntu i get claim on windows 7 but no claim on my ubuntu desktop please check what is problem …
and also ****** BAT arriving in X day was not show this month on ubuntu i don’t know why @steeven @sampson

Hi all, if you still have not received the option to claim rewards for your unverified wallet please send the following information in a DM:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
