There is a button in uphold dashboard page that says “We need to know you better” Click it and fill the required information, after that you will be able to connect uphold again, just worked for me!

I and also if this will work, strange that uphold do not take this in to consideration when I was contacting them about this issue.

Two months without payout due to inability to connect the wallet.

I have connection out of date issue can’t disconnect my wallet for resolving it

And this is surprise, my uphold was flagged one day after this connection…
I wonder if this have something to do with that, or it is coincident.
