Brave rewards claim not working

I have yet received the October’s rewards although it says, ‘Congrats! Your October rewards have arrived!’
This has happened before but I simply ignored as it was not much BAT. But this repeating means all my time watching them ads have been a waste.

How do I fix this or what can Brave do about this ?
