Brave Rewards cannot connect to UPHOLD’s account, but UPHOLD account registration and KYC passed

That’s our question. You did not provide any details at all. It should be providing you with some kind of message when you try to connect. That message would explain the problem a little bit and help to know what’s going on. But when you say nothing, we don’t know if this means you’re in an unsupported country, if Uphold needs more information from you, or any of a number of possibilities.
Also important would be for you to note which version of OS and Brave you are using. Both are incredibly important in understanding your issue.
